Verne Troyer's cause of death been sadly confirmed nearly six months later. The "Austin Powers" star's passing was certified as a suicide from alcohol intoxication, Access has learned. Troyer had been open about his battle with substance abuse, and penned a candid and hopeful letter to fans in 2017 about his willingness to seek help.
