BIBINGKA is a type of baked rice cake traditionally cooked in clay pots lined with banana leaves and made with coconut milk,topped with grated cheese and salted egg.
It is a subtype of kakanin (rice cakes) in Philippine cuisine.
In this video i will show you how you can make easy Bibingka ( baked rice cake ) without oven. This bibingka is sweet sticky ground malagkit and absolutely delicious than regular bibingka we know.

SPECIAL BIBINGKA ( BAKED RICE CAKE ) RECIPE:
•400ml coconut milk or 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
•1 1/2 cup Glutinous Rice flour
•1/2 cup Rice flour
•1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
•1 Egg (you can used 2eggs)
•2tbsp butter
•3/4 cup sugar
Toppings
•Salteg egg
•Grated Cheese
