With the recent, sooner than expected, conclusion of The Ghost and Molly McGee earlier last month, I can't help but think of why it ended prematurely. The same goes for other shows that met a similar fate like The Owl House, and potentially other shows in the future like Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur and Hailey's On It. There are several reasons that could explain this trend of shortening Disney Channel cartoons, but I personally believe Disney plus and how often content is uploaded there may be the biggest reason why.
