Ben Ryan coached the Fiji Sevens rugby team to win gold at the 2016 Olympics in Rio. Here Ben talks about how he wouldn't have been able to achieve this with the team he had, unless certain changes were made to diet, standards and training.

Ben knew what skills he could teach the players but Ben also understood what he needed to do to get the best out of his team. This did not include being too strict and dictatorial.
