Sorry for the first cutscene... Not my PC like I said before. Never updated the Definitive Edition. But I think everyone knows this is not normal. So about the mission.
A.) This is what the game wants. Break the ambulance a little bit , then chase. This is longer and pointless.
B.) Shorter and more effective. Do this method.

I think I will make short videos about how to kill and do this and this in a shorter version. But in the REAL GTA San Andreas.
