This INTENSE Bodyweight HIIT Workout contains 3x blocks of exercises. Each Block contains 4x exercises, each exercise for 35 seconds long and with 15 seconds rest in between. We will perform each block 3x rounds in a row. After each block we will have 1 minute rest and then we start with the next block.

BLOCK 01
1.HALF BURPEE & FRONT LUNGE
2.3x DROP SQUAT & 3x HIGH KNEE
3.3x MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS & PUSH UP
4.2 STEP JACK KNIFE
BLOCK 02
1.HALF BURPEE & ROLL BACK JUMPS
2.LEG RAISE HIP LIFT
3.KNEE LUNGE JUMPS
4.LOW PLANK JACK LAUNCHER
BLOCK 03
1.BURPEE
2.BREAKDANCER 2x EXPLOSIVE LEG EXTENSION
3.ROLL BACK TUCK JUMP
4.HIGH PLANK HIP DROP & UP
