Many of us have experienced the feeling of not feeling safe in our own bodies. We often find ourselves living in a state of fight or flight, even when no physical threat is present. This can manifest as anxiety, restlessness, and an inability to tap into feelings of safety and security.
Although it's important to look back at our lives, find why we don’t feel safe and work on that specific event. For some of us, it can be difficult to pinpoint.
In this Power tapping tutorial, we will tap on our meridian points to allow the mind to come into a state of relaxation as well as call in phrases to shift our mindset into a place of safety.
