Skyrim Special Edition: Dragonborn DLC with a complete guide / tutorial on Skyrim how to make Stalhrim Armor and Weapons in Solstheim!! Powerful Stahlrim Gear! Complete Guide to farm stahlrim ore, make stalhrim armor and weapons, and the ins and outs of getting to that point. Step by step instructions will be listed below!

Step 1: Play Skyrim through normally until a cultist walks up to you randomly and give you a scroll that will start the Dragonborn quest, I do believe the cultist will then try to kill you. Once you start the quest continue the quest to go to Solstheim.

Step 2: Once you make it to Solstheim, do the quest in Raven Rock to get a free Nordic Pickaxe, you need this to mine Stalhrim Ore! Once done wit hthis finish the Dragonborn Quest by evntually completing Miraak's temple and following Frea to here village. Then you will be prompted to learn a word of power, cast it at a rock, kill a lurker, and finally return to Skall Village, here village.

Step 3: Once the Fate of the Skaal quest is completed, YOU MUST LEAVE SOLSTHEIM ONCE! Then immidiately return and got back to Skaal Village. Talk to the Woodcutter to get A New Source of Stalhrim Quest! Complete this quest and then you will be able to make Stalhrim Armor! You do need an 80 smithing level to do so!

Step 4: To Farm Stahlrim armor go to the Stalhrim Source icon on the map of Solstheim, located directly above and to the left of White Ridge Barrow. Use your nordic pickaxe to farm the Stahlrim ore. Simplye get the rest of the normal smithing materials you need and make your weapons and armor!!!
