Bluetooth Controller
PS Vita Update file 3.60
Download HENKAKU and Get Retroarch
Get the Files @ Wololo.net for the Update
Create a Folder PSVITA/UPDATE and Insert PSVUPDAT.PUP

****IMPORTANT for Neogeo when you create your folder include your Bios (neogeo.zip)****
***Do not Power off your PS TV or PS Vita if you do then just re-install HENKAKU!!!***
