Residents of Teshie and La, where the water supply has not been consistent for some weeks have appealed to the management of the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) to urgently address challenges with its pipelines that had led to water shortage in the area.
According to residents, the situation is affecting socio-economic activities in the area. Residents have resorted to travelling long distances in search of water and using water from a well.
