🔍 He is described as a Black male aged between 30 and 45 years. He was 5’10” and had short black hair. He had multiple healed injuries. It is believed he would have been last seen sometime around the Spring of 1991.
🔍 He was found wearing a large white V-neck Fruit of the Loom undershirt, size 42-44. Laying nearby was a pair of men's light-colored Hanes long johns, size medium.
