Ingredients:-
- 750 grams of mutton (preferably with bones, for added flavor)
- 4 large onions, finely chopped
- 2 bay leaf
- 6 cardamom
- 6 cloves
- 2 inch cinnamon sticks
- 2-3 green chilies, slit lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder (adjust according to your spice preference)
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
- 2 dried red chilies
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
