Recipe for Instant Carrot🥕pickle
Ingredients -
1 cup thin sliced carrot🥕
1/2 tsp nigella seeds(kalonji)
2 tsp split mustard seeds(sarson/rai)
2 tsp split fenugreek seeds (methi)
1/4 tsp asafetida (hing)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Pink Salt to taste
2 tbsp mustard oil
Method -
To make the carrot🥕 pickle, transfer 1cup of thin sliced carrot🥕 in a bowl, one by one add all the ingredients in a carrot🥕 bowl except oil. Mix all the ingredients well and keep aside. Now, heat the mustard oil to a smoking point then add it into the carrot🥕mixture and mix well. Serve the carrot 🥕 pickle immediately or keep referigerated till use.
