The c. 1930s vintage wedding gown is a bias-cut silk gown that has a matching jacket. When I was working on photographing this dress, we couldn't figure out where the third piece went! There was no evidence of previous attachments that had been removed on the back of the gown. Still scratching our heads over it.
The original video was created March 2, 2022 and the dress is part of the permanent collection at the New Canaan Museum & Historical Society in Connecticut.
