On 06/06/2023, I visited the shop and purchased water bottles. However, I discovered that the water bottles I purchased were duplicates, and I was also subjected to misbehavior when I questioned the price discrepancy.
Firstly, upon closer examination of the water bottles I purchased from Bhumika Agencies, it became apparent that they were counterfeit or duplicate products. The quality of the bottles was noticeably inferior, and the labels appeared to be poorly printed and easily removable. It is disheartening to encounter such dishonest practices, especially when it comes to consumable items like water, which directly affects the health and safety of consumers.

Furthermore, when I brought up the issue of the incorrect pricing, I was met with disrespectful and inappropriate behavior from the staff at Bhumika Agencies. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, they not only refused to acknowledge the price difference but also misbehaved with me, exhibiting a complete lack of customer service and respect.
As a customer, I have the right to be treated with dignity, honesty, and fairness. The behavior displayed by the staff at Bhumika Agencies was entirely unacceptable and left me feeling insulted and humiliated. It is crucial that such behavior is not tolerated and that immediate action is taken to rectify this situation.

I kindly request you to investigate this matter promptly. It is important that the staff at Bhumika Agencies are held accountable for selling duplicate water bottles and for their disrespectful behavior towards customers. Additionally, I urge you to implement stringent measures to ensure that such fraudulent activities do not occur again in the future.
In light of this incident, I expect a refund for the overcharged amount of INR 5 per water bottle, as well as a sincere apology for the inconvenience and distress caused. Customers should feel safe, respected, and valued when making purchases at the Bhusaval Railway Station, and it is crucial that steps are taken to restore confidence in the station's services.

I have enclosed the receipts and any relevant photographs as evidence for your reference. I kindly request that you acknowledge this complaint promptly and provide me with a written response detailing the actions taken to address this issue and prevent its recurrence.
