👉Ingredients for İçli Kofte: (250ml glass)
1 and a half cups of fine bulgur wheat
half a glass of semolina (1 teaspoon)
1 glass of water
1 tablespoon less flour than 1 cup
1 teaspoon of chili paste
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 glass of water to use while kneading (we add little by little)

👉For the stuffed meatballs:
2 onions
3 tablespoons of oil
300gr. mince
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 teaspoon paprika
half a teaspoon or according to your taste, salt, pepper, cumin
1 tablespoon of butter
Half a bunch of parsley
About 1 teaspoon of walnut kernels
Oil for frying
