Ludhiana (Punjab), July 04 (ANI): Amid pandemic when people are conscious about their immunity, Ludhiana based College of Fisheries has developed rich protein biscuits to boost the immunity of the people. Assistant Professor of College of Fisheries, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, thought of making high protein biscuits by seeing people consuming lot of unhealthy snacks during lockdown. Singh used fishes to make biscuits as fishes are one of the prime sources of high quality protein. Except protein, these fish biscuits are also enriched with high fiber. Ragi and oats is being used to add fiber in these biscuits. These high protein biscuits have all the quality of normal biscuits and do not have fishy odor, so that children can eat these delicious biscuits without any hesitation. Pandemic has taught us about focusing on out health. (KP)
