In all my videos i use a high power burner so cooking temperature's may vary cooking on a normal hob..Not all takeaways will ignite the food the way i do and just cook in the normal fashion..This is just my preference..The most important part is using the correct condiments and you will produce some amazing results..My subscribers are testament to that which i'm pleased about.

This is a Japanese style sauce with a UK twist....Can also be made with chicken..Thigh meat is ideal if pork is not your thing..
Recipe
Sauce
1 tbls Japanese Mirin available in Morrisons
1 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp light soya sauce
1 tbls dark soya sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbls sugar
2 tbls tomato ketchup
3 tbls water
1 tsp cornflour
Mix everything together and set aside
500 grams pork belly slices sliced into bite sized pieces
Marinate with
1 tbls shaoxing wine
1 tbls dark soya sauce
1 tsp light soya sauce
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp MSG .Most Asian stores will sell this or you can order online..There are plenty of stockists
2 tsp cornflour
2 tbls water
Marinate for 1 hour and then stir fry until cooked and then set aside
Veg
2 spring onions
1 tbls diced garlic
1 tsp diced root ginger
1 red chilli sliced
Method
Stir fry your garlic and ginger in some vegetable oil until fragrant and then return your pre cooked pork and heat through
Now add the rest of your veg
Next add your sauce until it thickens..Done
