Currently sitting around 160 lbs. Before this cycle, I did 5/3/1 for about 3-4 months. I saw great results with the first cycle and am currently starting my second cycle of this program! Also have been pulling sumo for about 2 years, but halfway through decided to switch to conventional because squatting and deadlifting on the same day were absolutely killing my hips.
