Did you know that ‘good’ is an adjective, and ‘well’ is an adverb?
Good is an adjective.
(adjective + noun)
’I have a good cat.’
(good + cat)
Well is an adverb.
(verb + adverb)
‘My cat jumps well...
(jump + well)
... and sometimes he doesn’t.’
Remember: Good cats jump well.
