Prison of Christ,
a spiritual place that mark the place where Jesus was held prior to his trial by Pontius Pilate. This Prison is within the Greek monastery. The prison itself is carved in the rock below today street level. When you are inside it feels as if you can connect with Jesus on his last hours before his trial. there is also the cells for Barabbas and the 2 thieves that were crucified along with Jesus. The place is a long the Via Dolorosa between station # 2 and Station #3 and right after the Ecce Homo Arch. I highly recommend to visit this place. It is usually open every day and especially in the morning.#thelostfeet
