Handbag designer Anya Hindmarch, 46, (left) revealed she stepped down as CEO of her self-titled firm in 2011, but stayed on as chairman and chief creative officer, because the pressure of juggling her work with raising five children became too much. She took the decision to step down three years ago, replacing herself with former Harrods and Gucci executive James McArthur. The designer, who created the sought-after 'I am not a plastic bag', has five children aged 11 to 25, including Felix (left) and Tia (far right) with her 59-year-old husband James Seymour (right).
