Considered one of the best wingers of his generation, Arjen Robben is a name known globally by football fans. Skilled with dribbling, and rapid in his hayday, he was a major threat for any defender even if they knew which way he wanted to turn. Reliant on his left-foot, he made famous the 'cut-in and shoot' from the right flank, and despite the fact that it was a predictable move, no-one could stop him at his best. Injury prone he suffered long-periods away from the pitch, but he still managed to accumulate hundreds of goal contributions and plenty of international accolades.
