For a long time now, Real Madrid has constantly been associated with the term 'Galacticos' which Club President, Florentino Perez started in 2001. It is a policy were Real Madrid will go to the transfer market to sign the biggest footballer of the time annually in order to try and dominate every competition possible.
The club has experienced two separate galactico eras, both in different circumstances and with different players and achievements.
Real Madrid is 119 years old. Founded in on the 6th of March 1902, Los Blancos is now one of the biggest football clubs in the world. They are currently 13x European Champions and are arguably the biggest football club in history.
Throughout their 119 year history, they have seen legendary players wear the famous white jersey. Legends such as Raul, Ronaldo, Cristiano Ronaldo, Zinedine Zidane, Sergio Ramos Alfredo di Stefano etc.
In this video, I will be focusing and discussing how the first galactico era came into existence.
Florentino Perez became the new club president in 2000 and promised to take the club to greater heights and turn them into a global brand. So he bought the best players from other teams each year in order to dominate the game. Everything started out great but things quickly soured.

So, this video is just showing the evolution of the two galacticos era and possibly note the difference between each eras and try to predict how the potential third will play out.
