Florida's "Constitutional Carry" better described as "Permitless Carry" law, goes into effect on July 1, 2023. This has left many Floridians wondering if they should still get a concealed weapons or concealed firearms license (CWFL) or maintain a CWFL after permitless carry goes into effect.
