Launched on August 22, 2024, at 9Zero Climate Innovation Hub & Coworking, our inaugural event featured keynote speaker Dr. Jimmy Chen, the Managing Director of StorageX Initiative, Precourt Institute of Energy, Stanford University, and special guest Celina Mikolajczak, the Chief Battery Technology Officer at Lyten. Our host, Lauren Allanson, is one of the Project Director’s at the Volta Foundation, a community to support the growth of the battery ecosystem. She leads the industry’s largest online career fair and is part of the steering group for workforce development and careers.
Lauren is also an Executive Search Consultant at Strativ and specializes in recruiting senior executives and niche talent for battery recycling companies in the US and Europe. With a BSc in Materials Science and hands-on experience as a quality engineer, Lauren offers personalized recruitment solutions that align with company cultures and goals.
