Creamy Garlic Pork Chops
4 Pork Chops
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Butter - divided
1 Whole Head of Garlic - peel cloves
2 Tbsp Flour
3/4 C Chicken Broth
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 C Heavy Cream
Fresh Parsley for Garnish
Salt & Pepepr to taste
Season pork chops with salt & pepper
Heat oil & 1 Tbsp butter in a skillet on medium to high heat. Add pork chops and
cook 3 - 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Remove from pan.
Add the remaining 1 Tbsp butter and the peeled garlic. Cook until garlic is slightly
roasted and browned. Move to one side.
Add flour cooking for 1 - 2 minutes. Add in the chicken broth & garlic powder stirring to combine.
Season with salt & pepper. Stir in the heavy cream, mixing until thickened.
Add pork chops back into pan and continue cooking for 10 - 15 minutes.
