TFCC injuries and surgeries are often very painful! Taping with web-cuts, with very light tension, directly over the Ulna Styloid or side of the wrist can help with pain.
This will lift and glide the tissue away from the bone and injury site. The sensory branch of the ulna nerve gets very irritated in this location and this taping can significantly help with with any ulnar nerve, wrist injury or ECU tendonitis.
Use 0-15% tension.
