Beam and Block slabs can be used with Precast wall panels to construct your residential/commercial building. In this project were looking at a house constructed using Beam and Block precast slab and precast wall panels as wall cladding.
The slab loads are transmitted to the building's structural framework i.e. the columns and the ring beam, to avoid imposing undesirable loads on precast panels. It is critical to analyze their design, detailing, and erection.
