Chili Oil is absolutely essential for Sichuan Kitchen and there are so many dishes that uses chili oil. This recipe is my go-to for a quick and easy chili oil. Ingredients:
I'm using a jar with 4 cups capacity.
2 cups chili powder ([ Ссылка ])
2 tbsp sesame seeds ([ Ссылка ])

1 Chinese sand ginger ([ Ссылка ])
1/2 cardamom ([ Ссылка ])
