There’s no better after-meal treat than the sweet-tangy Bengali tomato chutney. specialy with khichuri/ khichdi tomato chutney is very popular. I have shared the recipe in the video. Do give this a try!
Ingredients:-
Tomato- 250 gm
Khejur /khajur/Dates - 50 gm
Kismis/ Raisins- 25 gm
Kaju (Cashew Nut)- 25 gm
Kachalanka (green chili)- 3-4
Salt- As per choice
Tejpata/ Bay leaf- 1 or 2
Panchforon
Sorse tel/ Mustard oil- 2 teaspoon
Chini/Sugar- 100 gm
Amsotto/ Mango Bar- 50 gm
Aada/Ginger- small amount.
Recipe-
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Temper with green chili and panchforon and bay leaf. Add chopped tomatoes.keep stirring for few minutes.Add salte as per taste.keep stirring then wait for few minutes. Now add .....
