Hi Guys! I'm Lisa, and Mavis is my service dog side-kick. Together we work on the family farm, run errands, travel, and just try to enjoy life. Mavis is a Boerboel; a mastiff-type breed from South Africa, much like an Italian Cane Corso, French Dogue de Bordeaux, or Brazilian Fila Brasileiro. She was owner-trained by me, and we work on our teamwork skills at AKC Rally Obedience Trials throughout the year. She gives me independence and a sense of security, and she always keeps me smiling!
