You know what makes gym easier?
Make it fun!
•Choose music you love (and no it doesn’t have to be pop you can listen to that awful rave music if you really want to)
•Remind yourself that you and everyone else at the gym are there to better yourselves and no one is judging anyone (and if they are boo them they don’t deserve your good vibes)
•Stay excited in-between sets and different reps. It’s a privilege to go the gym (some people can’t afford it/genuinely don’t have the time/don’t have access to one) and if you can remind yourself that on on the harder gym days it will make your workout more bearable
