In this video we have a look at Tyler's car that has developed a problem. Keen to ensure my staff get to work i give him a hand to try and diagnose the problem and see if we can fix it. It takes us just over an hour to find the problem - drive to get the new part and fit it. The car was only running on 3 cylinders so we show hot to work out which cylinder was not working and then identify the spark plug ignition coil pack as the problem. This car is fitted with the Duratec petrol engine.
