I was kinda hoping to just play Dan Hikibi & Joe Higashi as a double team, but for arcade mode, I need to choose two more on the same Lv.1 raito, or could had just chose one Lv.2 raito character. So I chose both Sakura & Benimaru once again in their EX version.
