boiling the pasta:
water to boil
2 cup penne pasta
1/2 tsp salt


Alfredo sauce:
4 tbsp olive oil
5 garlic cloves (chopped)
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 lb shrimp
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups cream (18%)
1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
garnish with fresh basil (optional)
