Rice - 1 cup
Whole garam masala - cardamom (2), cloves (2), cinnamon (1/2 inch), bay leaf (1)
Shredded cabbage - 3/4th cup
Spring onion - 1
Green chillies- 2
Shahi jeera (cumin), haldi (turmeric), red chilli pwd, lemon zest - 1/4 tsp each
Salt
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
