European Union officials say the leaks in two major gas pipelines that deliver Russian gas to Europe were ‘likely a deliberate act,’ but stopped short of blaming Russia. However, some experts are pointing the finger at the Kremlin, saying it's fitting that it happened around the same time as the referendums in Russian-occupied Ukraine.
