Here's how to make the Best Crab and Shrimp French fries right at home
Ingredients:
- 2 to 3 Russet Potatoes (Cleaned and Dried)
- 1/2 Pound Shrimp (Peeled and Deveined)
- 8oz Lump Crab Meat or use Claw if Lump is not Available
- 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Bumper to Sautée Shrimp
- Drizzle of any neutral oil to add to the pan for the shrimp
- Bowl of Cold water to place the cut Fries - just enough to cover the fries
- Vegetable Oil to Fry the French Fries
- Mixed Cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Queso, Mozzarella) - your choice.
- Seafood Secret sauce (see recipe Below)
Seafood Sauce:
*Make and store in the Fridge for at least 2 hours before using or don't wait and just go in**
3/4 Cup Mayo
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning or (Cajun Season)
1 Tsp Horseradish
1 Tsp Hot Sauce
1-2 Pressed Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
