The last three months have been challenging both physically and mentally. If you Google "Zoom Fatigue" you'll find a list of autonomic nervous system symptoms that is associated with spending too much time on the computer, and on Zoom/Skype video conferencing calls in particular.
For the past three months I've personally experienced symptoms of head/face tension and a "hum" sound in my head that is different than my normal "ring" of tinnitus, initiated by Zoom calls.
I believe the underlying issue is one of tension. If tension has a sound, that's what it seems like I'm hearing. The tension that sets off the hum is Zoom calls and....gluten. Yes, it seems that both gluten and products using brown rice flour will set off my symptoms as well.
