Pokemon's latest set, Stellar Crown, has introduced Hydrapple ex to the mix. Does this make Festival Lead decks even more versatile and stronger in the meta?

Festival Lead is already a strong single prize rouge deck, which can nab multiple prizes a turn by using Festival Lead and Festival Ground to attack twice. Now however, Festival Lead players can quickly turn the tide by evolving Dipplin into Hydrapple ex and, along with some helpful Ogerpons, output huge damage.

This is a super fun deck to play and seems to stand up against top meta decks well too, especially Charizard ex who has x2 weakness to grass.
