this was off of a very respected compilation from The Molemen (Chicago-based production team of Memo, Panik, and PNS) who are responsible for a lot of really solid production behind Chicago's late 90's and 2000s hip-hop scene. This features 2 cats from Stronghold (the icon of the avatar for my youtube channel) in Breez Evahflowin' (THE ARTIST OF SAID ICON AND A BEAST) and C-Rayz Walz, and then Mr. Metaphor (Brooklyn Academy/Worda A' Mouth fame). Mr. Met just opens up with a killer verse and Breez follows up strong but Mr. Met shines. C-Rayz is known for his off-the-wall style and he doesn't disappoint. Really strong track from 1999ish.
This should be on everybody's workout playlist.
