This is the introduction of the arcade game Elevator Action II. MameUI v0.125 was used to play this game and Fraps was used to record it.

Elevator Action Returns, known as Elevator Action II in North America, is a 1994 arcade game by Taito. It was ported in 1995 for the Sega Saturn in Japan only. The game was included as part of Taito Legends 2 for the Playstation 2, PC and Xbox in 2006.
