RECIPE:
Cream:
200 g of sugar (¾ cup + 3 tbsp)
Vanilla sugar 8 g (2 tsp)
100 g of all-purpose flour (½ cup + 2 tbsp)
500 ml of milk (17.75 oz)
4 egg yolks.
A pinch of salt.

Dough:
250 ml water (8.75 oz)
3-5 grams of salt (1 tsp)
180 grams of butter (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) or 6.25 oz.
250 grams of flour (1 cups + ½ cup + 1 tbsp)
6 eggs.

Decoration:
Powderes sugar.
Sour Cherries.
