Apple and rhubarb crumble/ cake with meringue

This delicious cake is very easy to make.It is quick, cheap and yummy.
Try also with plums.

ingredients for the pastry :
320g of plain flour
250g butter - cold
1 tsp baking powder
20g vanilla sugar
4x egg yolks
6 tbsp icing sugar

ingredients for meringue:
4x eggs whites
1x glass of caster sugar
2 tsp potato flour

1kg fruits - I used combination of apples and rhubarb
1 tbsp cinnamon
