Okay so I'll make another video or post to fully like explain this, but every October in out Angel Lore world, on the day of Halloween, a huge ball/party is hosted and all the dead gods and goddesses are able to come through and celebrate the night with the current people of hell and heaven. Other people from hell and heaven attend as its open for everyone.
