For my Presets visit: [ Ссылка ] So, you've got your major, minor, diminished and augmented triads, and you've figured out how to voice these as spread triads, so what next? Well, once you've figured out the inversions, you can start to think about playing actual music. Normally this will involve moving from one chord to the next, so here's a little exercise to try - move diatonically between two chord shapes, with the least movement up or down the neck. The next logical thing might be to try this exercise but through an actual tune, so I discuss that too.

A few weeks ago we started looking at SPREAD TRIADS - traditionally I've used these with the Major Scale, but I find them so useful that I thought it'd be worth doing some work to investigate TRIADS in the Melodic Minor/Altered Scale tonalities too, and now the Harmonic Minor Scale.
