It can be very confusing to know who to get help for your mental health issues. What's the difference between all these mental health professionals? I sat down with Connie Tipis, a psychologist to discuss the different mental health professionals that there are and which one best suits your needs.
The most important take home is to interview your mental health professional and ask about their qualifications and the techniques they use.
Remember if it doesn't feel right, you can always get a second opinion.
