In this episode, I make my favorite pastry in the world, Pasteis de Nata, which is more commonly known as a Portuguese custard tart. While the process is involved and somewhat frustrating, you are left with a tart that seems like it fell from the heavens. Crispy, smooth, salty and sweet all in one bite. What more could you possibly ask for? I hope you enjoy watching even as half as much as I enjoy eating these custard tarts.
