Welcome to the Lounge Room series where you will use your lounge room furniture to increase the intensity of your workouts. You don't need expensive equipment to change things up and to get results.
Sculpt your glutes with traditional bridge and table top mat exercises elevated on a sofa. By changing leg angles and foot positioning you will target the glutes, hamstrings, outer and inner thighs in a very time efficient and results way. You will definitely feel the burn in all the right places with this short and effective routine.
